Hi there, I’m Kenzie Laird, the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator here at Unforgettable! I manage all things social — creating engaging content (like sharing your newborns album to our socials – who doesn’t love seeing the sweet babes on their TL), blogging about our sessions, designing graphics, and showcasing the Unforgettable brand with your beautiful images.

Whether it’s crafting eye-catching and fun posts, curating our email campaigns, or helping to bring Anna’s stunning photography to life through marketing, I love finding creative ways to connect with our audience!

When I’m not behind the scenes at Unforgettable, I’m spending time with my family — My husband Blake and our energetic toddler, River. Blake is currently a second-year Family Medicine Resident Physician, and I couldn’t be more proud of the hard work and dedication he puts into his career. It’s been an INCREDIBLY long journey, but watching him pour his heart into helping others makes every challenge along the way worth it.

 

River, on the other hand, keeps life exciting in a completely different way! He is FULL of energy, always ready for an adventure, and happiest when he’s outside — riding his bike at full speed, climbing literally everything, or exploring the world like the little wild spirit he is. He definitely keeps us on our toes, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

 

Blake and I are both Clinton County natives and Wesclin alums who left the area for college but have recently found our way back home after nine years away. We started dating when we were just 12 years old (hey, when ya know, ya know), growing up together through every stage of life, and now, we’re so thankful to be raising our family in the same close-knit community that shaped us. Being home feels right, and we couldn’t be happier to be back.

Outside of work, I have a few other passion projects I dabble in.

 

The largest being Lane Co. What started as a creative outlet has grown into a brand known for its hand-drawn, one-of-a-kind T-Shirt designs. Inspired by my small-town roots, effortless free-spirited style, and a love for storytelling through art, Lane Co. is all about creating wearable pieces that feel personal and unique. Each design is crafted with intention, giving my gals something they LITERALLY can’t find anywhere else. And hey, making doodling into a brand is pretty dang cool in my opinion.

In the winter, I help coach Wesclin Girl’s Basketball Team. There’s something incredibly rewarding about mentoring young athletes — not just in the game, but in life. Watching the girls grow in confidence, push past their limits, and come together as a team is an experience like no other. Basketball has always been a big part of my life, and getting to share that love for the sport while helping shape the next generation of players is something I truly cherish. GO LADY WARRIORS!! 

 

I’ve never met a stranger, and I love to chat and make everyone feel comfortable during their sessions with Anna. Whether its helping you relax with a good laugh or capturing those candid, behind-the-scenes moments, I’m here to make the experience fun and memorable.
