Tara, tell us about your business and why you chose this path.
Eterna Beauty & Wellness is all about helping people love what they see when they look in the mirror. We specialize in treatments that help people look and feel younger, without ever losing the essence of who they are. As we age, it can be hard to recognize the person we see in the mirror, and I wanted to create a space where people can restore their confidence and feel good about themselves again.

What inspires you in your work?
Helping people feel beautiful both inside and out. It’s so fulfilling to see a patient’s face light up when they see the results of their treatment. There’s something so special about giving people the confidence to be their best selves.

What challenges have shaped you as a business owner?
Balancing a busy family life with building a business is definitely a challenge. But I’ve learned how to turn the ‘business switch’ off when I’m at home and really be present with my family. It’s all about finding that balance and making sure I’m taking care of myself too.

What makes Eterna Beauty & Wellness unique?
Our personal touch sets us apart. We treat every patient as an individual, developing a care plan that’s tailored to their specific needs. We take the time to listen and make sure each person feels seen and heard. Our goal is to help them leave feeling refreshed and confident, just like they’ve spent time with a friend.

What advice would you give to others?
Take it one day at a time. Building a business can be overwhelming, but if you focus on what you need to do today and do it well, you’ll get closer to your goals every single day. Keep your end goal in mind, but don’t forget to enjoy the process.

What’s one thing you can’t live without?
My family! They’re my rock and my support system. Also, coffee definitely helps me get through busy days at the spa!

Any surprising bucket list items?
I’d love to see the world and spend quality time with my family. It’s a simple goal, but it means everything to me.

What’s something recently that brought you unexpected joy?
Anytime I can make my teenage daughter think I’m actually cool, it’s a win! Those moments are rare, but I treasure them.

We’ve recently launched a new device at Eterna that we’re so excited about! It offers a variety of services, including Morpheus8 RF microneedling, IPL photofacials, laser hair removal, and radiofrequency skin tightening. We can’t wait for our patients to experience the benefits of this new technology!

Any parting thoughts?
We’re still new to Highland, but we’ve felt so welcomed by the community. We’re excited to earn your trust and to be a part of this wonderful town. It’s our mission to help people feel like the best version of themselves, and we can’t wait to continue this journey with all of you.
